Amelia Emberwing Amelia loved many great things as a kid, but Harry Potter and Batman were what really brought her in to the world of fandom. Her tastes are eclectic and she firmly believes that one doesn't have to choose between Marvel and DC or Star Wars and Star Trek. Charities and well developed, strong female characters are the way to her heart, and she survives on a steady IV of caffeine, rants, pixie dust and fangirling.

Liz Aaron Elizabeth has loved reading and nerdy things since she started stealing her older brother's comic books at the age of four. Never one to give up on true love, Liz grew up to be an English teacher. She remains unapologetically enthusiastic about all things literary, especially her love of comic books and Harry Potter.

Catherine Grace I'm a media correspondent, designer and web developer. I'm also fan of pie and good television.

Chad Patten Chad is an all-around geek's geek. He's a software engineer, a science fiction lover, a comics fan, an actor, and a writer. His particular interests are The Flash, Doctor Who, Star Trek, Star Wars, and all things Marvel.

Aaron Spratte Aaron likes strong characters, snappy dialogue, sad-bastard romantics, and any story that is genuinely scary or unnerving. For these reasons amongst others, he is a huge fan of Doctor Who (no, I’m not an “old” fan but a fan is a fan so suck it!), Spiderman, WWE, and anything occurring within or adjacent to the Whedonverse. He grew up with Freddy, Jason and Michael and considers them the Holy Trinity of Terror for the Modern Era (loves Freddy the most - snappy dialogue and all, y’know?) but has much, MUCH love for the original Triumvirate at Universal and all of the sequels they spawned. Except Son of Dracula.

Todd doesn’t like anything and doesn’t care what you think about it.
SPRATTE IS A SPAZ AND LIKES EVERYTHING BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS AWESOOOOME! Spratte also REALLLLY likes coffee. And Mountain Dew. And he mourns for the generations that will never fully understand the experience of watching Saturday morning cartoons.

Aaron has a degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Northern Colorado and likes to spend his free time writing the occasional sad bastard play. Because, like Whedon and Moffet, your tears give him strength.

Brian Dowling Amongst Brian's nerdery (is that a word?) is his work with Mischief Managed Entertainment which produces the Tales From Avistrum series and as a Content Developer with geekiarchy. His favorite fandoms include Sherlock (duh), Supernatural, Flash, Agents of Shield, Agent Carter and Gotham. He is usually 4-6 episodes behind on his favorite shows, regardless of time of year. There is an exception with the BBC's Sherlock, as he will find a way to view a new episode the moment it is released. This would include flying to London if necessary.

Zach Ricketts Zach is veteran of obsession and it started when his father handed him an X-men comic. He’s an avid Marvel and DC comics fan, as well as an over obsessed sports fan. He’s fond of video games, lore, pirates, and time travel. Ninjas are pretty cool as well. To him, story matters most whether it’s the games he plays or the books he reads.

Pizza lunchables are his jam.

Shannon Bee Shannon's geekiness began at an early age, growing up surrounded by Star Wars and Star Trek, and an obsession over Batman which continues to this day. She has delved into nearly every type of geekdom, including LARPs, gaming of both the video and board types, books, television, movies, and comic books. Sassiness and feminism abound in her musings, but she always seeks first to bring a smile to other's faces.

Shannon has a degree in Sociology and Women's Studies from the University of Northern Colorado, where she composed her award winning and nationally presented senior thesis titled "Behind the Shield and Under the Sheets: Sex and Sexuality in a Live Action Role Playing Game"
If this is not a statement of her nerdy feminism, what more could there be?

Lesley Beckmann Lesley has loved all things fantasy and sci-fi (yes, even the really terrible cheesy stuff) for as long as she can remember, but she didn't discover that nerd culture was a Thing until after college. Her passions include creating all the things, and creating a change in the world. Lesley doesn't believe in choosing between things to love, only in choosing what you give your time to. Time is limited. Passion is infinite.

Also, she is not always blue.

Brandon BIll Brandon has been a hardcore music and theatre geek ever since he stepped foot in a theater when he was five! Not really built for athletics, Brandon has studied the performing arts for the majority of his life. Because of this, he holds a degree in theatre arts and music as well as a teaching license. Having worked for the Walt Disney company, Brandon is also a professional director, musician, and actor.
